This Bank Debit Authorization ("Authorization") describes your agreement to permit SaveCash to initiate electronic debits and credits to your designated bank account. By providing your bank account information and accepting this Authorization, you authorize SaveCash to initiate electronic funds transfers (EFT) to and from your account in accordance with your SaveCash Services Agreement and these terms.

1. Authorization to Debit

You authorize SaveCash to initiate electronic debits from your designated bank account for:

• Payment of fees, charges, and costs associated with SaveCash services
• Repayment of chargebacks, refunds, or reversals
• Collection of amounts owed under your SaveCash Services Agreement
• Correction of accounting errors or adjustments
• Compliance with regulatory obligations or legal requirements
• Any other amounts you owe to SaveCash under applicable agreements

2. Account Information

By providing your bank account information (account number, routing number, account type), you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the account
• You have the authority to authorize debits from the account
• The account information provided is accurate and complete
• You will update account information if your account changes
• Sufficient funds will be available for authorized debits

3. Frequency and Timing of Debits

Debits may be initiated:

• On an as-needed basis for fees and charges
• Immediately for chargebacks or reversals
• Regularly for subscription fees or recurring charges
• At any time for amounts owed under your agreement

We will provide notice of debits in accordance with your account settings and applicable law, except where immediate debits are necessary for fraud prevention or other urgent circumstances.

4. Insufficient Funds

If your account has insufficient funds to cover an authorized debit, we may:

• Retry the debit transaction
• Charge you a returned item fee or insufficient funds fee
• Suspend or terminate your SaveCash services
• Pursue collection of the amount owed

You are solely responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover all authorized debits.

5. Revocation of Authorization

You may revoke this Authorization at any time by providing written notice to SaveCash at privacy.savecash@gmail.com. However:

• Revocation may affect your ability to use SaveCash services
• Outstanding amounts remain due and payable
• We may require alternative payment methods
• Revocation does not affect debits already initiated
• We may suspend or terminate services if you revoke without providing alternative payment

6. Your Bank's Responsibilities

Your bank's responsibilities regarding these debits are governed by your deposit account agreement and applicable law. SaveCash is not responsible for your bank's handling of debit transactions or any fees your bank may charge. You should review your bank's policies regarding ACH debits and EFT transactions.

7. Error Resolution

If you believe an unauthorized or incorrect debit has occurred, you must notify us immediately. Notify your bank within specific timeframes to preserve your rights under federal law:

• Within 2 business days: Your liability is limited to $50
• After 2 but within 60 days: Your liability may be up to $500
• After 60 days: You may not recover unauthorized debits

Report errors immediately to preserve your rights and minimize potential liability.

8. ACH Network Rules

All debits are processed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network and are subject to NACHA operating rules and guidelines. These rules govern processing times, settlement, returns, and error handling.

9. Authorization Period

This Authorization remains in effect until:

• You revoke it as described in Section 5
• Your SaveCash account is closed
• We no longer have a need to debit your account
• Required by applicable law or regulation
